How are your video games tested?
All used video games are cleaned and tested on the corresponding console system. Games are each tested to see that main title page loads and a few minutes of actual gameplay is also tested.
Do you take trades towards purchases?

When can I expect to receive my order?
Normally orders are processed the same day payment is received and shipped. There are rare times however it may be shipped the next day due to a busy schedule.
