Shipping: Shipping cost is shown in all listings. Shipping prices only applies to the 48 contiguous United States and does not include APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico; email for quote. All shipping is done by the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation to track packages for receipt of purchase.
Insurance: Shipping prices shown do not include insurance on your purchased items. We carefully pack items for shipment however if you feel the need to insure your purchase you will need to have a Paypal account so that we can send you an adjusted invoice. Returns: Video games and accessories can be returned in the same condition as described in listing up to 7 days of receipt of shipment; After 7 days all sales are final. Gaming systems are gauranteed up to 30 days and can be returned in the same condition as described in listing; after 30 days all sales are final. In the rare instance something is damaged by the carrier you must contact the USPS if item(s) were insured. If you decided not to purchase insurance we cannot accept a damaged return for credit. On returns that are in the same original undamaged condition credit can be awarded in the form of store credit or money back; Buyer is responsible for return postage cost so please ask questions if needed before purchase.
